How do I book a shoot?

Book online using our live booking system — pick your date, address, and services in one flow. Click here to book → You can also call or text us at (404) 973-5557 or email info@icapturehomes.com.

What's your turnaround time?

Photography delivered within 24–48 hours. Video products are delivered within 24–72 hours of the shoot date.

What areas do you service?

We cover the Greater Metro Atlanta area. No charge within 19 miles. A $25 trip fee applies from 20–30 miles. Beyond that, a $1/mile fee applies up to 45 miles. Contact us for anything outside this range.

Do you have Supra e-Key access?

Yes! We are Supra e-Key verified, so we can access vacant properties independently. No need for you to be on site.

Are you FAA Part 107 certified?

Yes. All of our drone pilots hold FAA Part 107 certification with extensive experience in aerial photography and videography for real estate.

Who owns the photos?

iCaptureHomes Photography retains ownership and copyright of all media. We provide a limited license for your intended use. Contact us to discuss broader licensing arrangements.

When do I pay?

You can pay at time of booking or when your media is delivered. You can preview all media before paying — payment is required before download access is granted.

How do I receive my media?

You'll receive a delivery email with links to all your photos, videos, and additional deliverables. Photos are delivered within 24–48 hours of your shoot. Video products are delivered within 24–72 hours depending on the complexity of the edit.

What can I do to prep the home to be photo ready?

INTERIOR
• Turn on ALL lights in the house (including fireplaces, lamps and under-cabinet lights)
• Replace any missing light bulbs with the same color temp as the rest of the room
• Turn off ALL ceiling fans (and wipe clean any dust stuck to the fan blades)
• Remove all personal items, including private & personal family photos from walls and countertops
• Make all the beds — decorate with matching sheets, blankets, and pillows to brighten up the bed
• Vacuum carpets (show vacuum lines, if possible)
• Minimize clutter and remove all items off countertops (including kitchen appliances, remotes), tables, night stands etc.
• Remove small throw rugs (including doormats and bathroom mats)
• Remove all items from bathroom countertops, sinks, showers, and tubs. All toilet seats down.
• Clean/Windex all windows & mirrors
• Clear the refrigerator doors of all items such as magnets and photos
• Make sure all window coverings/treatments are open / blinds in the same direction
• Keep all pets restrained on a leash, in a kennel, or offsite during your appointment. Remove any pet bowls, toys, & accessories.

EXTERIOR
• Clear all cars from the road & driveway
• Turn on ALL exterior lighting
• Put away trash & recycling bins, water hoses, toys, cleaning supplies, and other miscellaneous items not directly part of the exterior area
• Arrange outdoor furniture as you would like it photographed. If there is a patio umbrella, please open it.
• Remove yard signs (for sale, home security, school, etc.). Also remove any flags.
• Sweep/remove leaves and other items in patio & deck areas
• Clean pool and remove any toys/floats
