What areas do you service/cover?We proudly offer our services within a comprehensive range. Enjoy no charge for locations within 0-19 miles (shown below in blue). A $25 trip charge applies to locations between 20-30 miles (shown below in green). Beyond this radius, our service extends up to 45 miles with an additional $1 per mile fee (shown below in orange). This tiered approach ensures accessibility and flexibility, meeting your needs at various distances. Are you certified under FAA Part 107 for drone services?Yes! We are FAA Part 107-certified drone pilots with extensive experience in aerial photography and videography.

What's your turnaround time?We have a next-day delivery on all of our photography products! And a 24-48hr delivery on our video products.

How do I receive my final media?You'll receive a delivery email the following day of the shoot with all the links to your media.

Do you have Supra e-Key access?Yes, we do! If you are unable to meet us or the property is vacant, we are Surpra e-Key verified!

How do I pay?You can choose to pay either at time of booking online or when your media is delivered. You can always preview the media before paying; however, our system will require payment before allowing download access.

Who owns the media?This is a great question. iCaptureHomes Photography maintains all ownership and copyright to the media we create unless otherwise negotiated in writing in advance. What can I do to prep the home to be photo ready?INTERIOR Turn on ALL lights in the house (including fireplaces, lamps and under-cabinet lights) Replace any missing light bulbs (with the same color temp as the rest of the room) Turn off ALL ceiling fans (and wipe clean any dust stuck to the fan blades) Remove all personal items, including: private & personal family photos from walls and countertops Make all the beds – decorate the beds with matching sheets, blankets, and pillows to brighten up the bed Vacuum carpets (show vacuum lines, if possible) Minimize clutter and remove all items off countertops (including kitchen appliances, remotes), tables, night stands etc. Remove small throw rugs (including doormats and bathroom mats.) Remove all items from bathroom countertops, sinks, showers, and tubs. All toilet seats down. Clean/Windex all windows & mirrors Clear the refrigerator doors of all items such as magnets and photos Make sure all window coverings/treatments are open / blinds in the same direction Please keep all pets restrained on a leash, in a kennel, or offsite during your appointment. And remove any pet bowls, toys, & accessories. EXTERIOR Clear all cars from the road & driveway Turn on ALL exterior lighting Put away trash & recycling bins, water hoses, toys, cleaning supplies, and other miscellaneous items that are not directly part of the exterior area Arrange outdoor furniture as you would like it photographed. If there is a patio umbrella, please open it. Remove yard signs (for sale, home security, school, etc.). Also remove any flags. Sweep/remove leaves and other items in patio & deck areas Clean pool and remove any toys/floats
